Our team understand that every woman is different, which is why they work with you to create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

Lucy Jones

Registered Associate Nutritionist

Lucy Jones is a Registered Associate Nutritionist on a mission to offer simple, realistic and accessible nutrition support. Having graduated from university with a BSc (Hons) Nutrition degree, Lucy works with women to empower healthier choices without restriction. Having overcome the confusion of nutrition misinformation herself, Lucy is able to put herself into her client’s shoes and connect with them in ways other nutritionists can't

She shows people how to enjoy food and how it can nourish and nurture both body and mind. Lucy supports her clients to take a holistic approach towards their health, since food, movement and emotional wellbeing are all just as important as each other. Her collaborative approach with clients sees those she works with thrive and achieve their dietary and lifestyle goals in a way that suits them best.

In addition to her clinical work, Lucy regularly contributes to newspapers, magazines and online blogs, including The Independent and inews.

Chloe Hall

Registered Dietitian

Chloe Hall is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years experience working in the NHS and private practice. Chloe has experienced first-hand the realities of living with digestive problems and has seen second-hand the impact that histamine intolerance can have when someone close in her life was diagnosed. She is passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support for these conditions in a world where these conditions have little awareness.

Beyond her clinical work, Chloe volunteers as an advisor for The IBS Network, the national charity for IBS. She has also been a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association for a number of years, and has featured in numerous publications, including The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail and The Guardian.
